He has served as a partner at Booz & Company and held senior executive roles in the leadership teams of multinational firms including Johnson Controls, United Technologies, CBRE and LyondellBasell.


    Specializing in corporate strategy, M&A, post-merger integration and large-scale business transformation, he has driven profitable growth across industrial, consumer, energy, chemical and other sectors, with extensive leadership experience across the U.S., Asia-Pacific and Europe.


    A prolific author on strategy and growth, he has published numerous industry insights and papers at the World Economic Forum. He was based in China, India and Korea for 10 years, collaborating closely with Dr. Edward Tse on China‑focused strategy research.
